Shatavia Alexander Thomas, known professionally as Dr. Shay, is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over two decades of experience in mental health. She founded Dr. Shay Speaks, LLC, to offer therapy and consulting services. 

Dr. Thomas earned her doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Florida, a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia State University. This comprehensive educational background equips her with a strong understanding of human behavior and relationships.
