Riley Lewis is a recent graduate from the University of Georgia. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English, with an emphasis in creative writing, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In her free time, she edits a variety of different manuscripts and hopes one day to write a few books of her own. Though she has been editing since working on her high school’s newspaper, Riley interned with several different publications during her time at UGA, studied the Chicago Manual of Style extensively, and worked closely with managing editors to learn all she could about the editing and publishing process.
Riley is extremely passionate about mental health advocacy and the ways in which mental health is portrayed in the media, specifically in books, tv shows, movies, and other forms of written publications and utilizes her writing and editing skills to help get rid of the stigma that surrounds individuals struggling with mental health and addiction. When she’s not working, writing, or editing, she’s spending time with her two year old puppy, Captain.
